前回書いたAIN SOPH.ripple(https://hotelcen.com/news/vegan-hamburger/)の姉妹店が私のお気に入りなので紹介します！
新宿三丁目にあるAIN SOPH.journeyというヴィーガンカフェ。
入口から女心をくすぐる可愛さです♡♡♡
中はこじんまりとした落ち着く雰囲気で、デートで連れて行っても、女子会で選んでも喜ばれるはず！
ランチメニューから私たちが選んだのは「グリーンカレー」と「タコライス」。
グリーンカレーはほうれん草ベースで作っていて、鮮やかな緑色でピリッとスパイスも感じられます。
バターなどの乳製品が入ってないと思えないほどコクもあって、しっかりした味で男性も満足できます！
通常タコライスにはひき肉を使いますが、ベジタコミートという大豆などを使ったお肉風の物が乗っています。
マヨネーズは豆腐マヨネーズという物でしたが、マヨラーの私なのに気付けませんでした。
それくらい普通のタコライスとの差が全くない！
気になったベジミート唐揚げも頼んでみると･･･
もはやお肉を使っていないとは思えない｡｡｡
ヴィーガンカフェにいることを忘れてしまいそうでした！
楽しみにしていたデザートは欲張って3種類。
何度も言いますが、乳製品や卵などを一切使っていないんて信じられませんよね？？？
特にティラミスはいくらでも食べられるほど美味しかったです！！
お肉類が無いというとどこか物足りない感じを想像するかもしれませんが、その心配は全くありません！！
むしろ、この満足感でカロリーも低くヘルシーだというのなら、どれだけでも食べちゃいそうで怖いくらいです(笑)
HOTEL CENからは、新大久保駅から山手線で新宿駅まで行って歩いて約10分。
新宿でのお買い物ついでにぜひ寄ってみてください♥

Today I introduce my favorite cafe in Shinjuku area where is the sister store of AIN SOPH.ripple.

AIN SOPH.journey is a vegan cafe in Shinjuku-sanchome.
It looks cozy and cute isn’t it?
As it’s calm atmosphere, good place for couple or girls group♥
We chose “Green Curry” and “Taco rice” for our lunch.
Green curry is made with spinach and it taste very rich and spicy although no butter or dairy products are used.
Usually we cook taco rice with grind meat, but this is “Vegetarian taco meat” made with soy beans or sometimes with tofu.
Also mayonnaise is not the usual one, it’s called “tofu mayonnaise” .
I couldn’t recognize the difference between this vegetarian taco rice and the normal one.
We ordered “vege-meat fried chicken” as well but I couldn’t believe it wasn’t meat.
They have a lot of desert menu too and all of them looks really nice!
Especially Tiramisu was soooo yummy that I thought I can eat at least 3 more!
Sorry, I say over and over, but can you believe all of them don’t use any dairy products and animals?
Before I went there, I thought I wouldn’t be full, but we both were really happy with it!
From our HOTEL CEN, take Yamanote Line to Shinjuku Station from Shin-okubo and about 10 mins walk from the station.
